Where can I get a flash FLV player?
It's for the web...
I don't want to use a XML file however, because it will be pulling the link off of MYSQL so it would be embedded somehow. I've seen it done before...

Try http://www.flvplay.com/
I've used their "turbine video encoder" product and it's nice (from http://www.blue-pacific.com/products/default.htm). The flvplay is what you're asking for.

At this point of time, there are hundreds of free flv players.
Search google for "free flv player".
Peace,
Free flv player it's usually only for personal use as standalone aplication not for website. When it's for website it's same as free hosting website (ads or ****). When you'll be looking flv player for website check also how many kb it takes (it's importent for bandwidth). Usually it takes 20-30kb but it's possible to find player which takes only 5-10kb.
