how much for extra RAM, HD, bandwidth

I think the price for extra RAM and HD is listed on their site. Extra transfer is $20 for 10GB, although they said they will be changing this soon.

I have chatted to them, and the rep appears to be very friendily and helpful. And the price is great for a Windows server.

I don't believe so. From what they told me, the reseller package has unlimited IP, whereas the value package only has 4 total. Maybe that's where they are getting the "reseller" part.

You can resell sites on the Value Server. We will assign a maximum of 4 IPs on the Value Server. As you can see the Reseller Package has a much more robust system (P4 - 1.5G; 1.0 Gig RAM; 80 Gig HD) and also has more Bandwidth included, plus we are bundling-in Hosting Controller 2002 with XMail Server in the package. Which makes it a "Ready-to-go Reseller Package".

You can host as many name based sites as you like. We limit the number IPs since this offer is an extremely low margin product and to give an incentive for high volume customers to upgrade to the Reseller Package. Even at $199 the Reseller Package is a good deal. You get a much better system, more bandwidth and the ability to add as many IPs as you need.
