I've been playing around with Reliablesite.net. Solid host, good support. Clustered and Loadbalanced too... so definitely worth checking.

For shared windows hosting, I would recommend Discountasp.net. They've won awards from pretty popular magazines such as aspnetpro and visual studio magazine. I have been with them for a few years and highly recommend them.
