the best thing to do is to submit some tickets at random hours over 24 hours to see how long they take to respond to tickets. This is a good way to test their "Where Support Comes First"

Personally, am not a fan of hosts using website templates, but that does not mean they are not a good company.

I also see lots of html errors on the site shown in IE7, allot of text showing a "?" before it.

Finally, the domain name highspechosting.info was only registered a few months ago, so they are a new hosting company, so any reviews you may find will be new.

Hm.. does not looks like old company.. site is up like from mar 2007... pretty new.. and domain is ending up with .info..hm.. not sure about that..

I asked them to restore a package for me, this is much time they have not done that, no response too...

I`ll write a review after a week, and tell what i`ve seen there.

Their flash header introduction says they have 99.999% uptime guarantee :eek:

We have responded to you and informed you that we deal with support request on a scale of urgency

WE also had a Spammer which was causing us a DDOS attack which took up a lot of our time

We have also had a member of staff leave without informing us (due to personal reasons)

WE did restore the backup for you however your Databases did not work and as we informed you we advise all customers to use phpmyadmin for database backups as your customers site is also in arabic which we are unable to read and understand

We will restore the backup for you again

I've only got a small downtime for around 10 minutes. They respond quickly to my e-mails, often within 1-2 hours.'
The quality of the hosting is of good quality, sometimes download-speed is a bit slow but overall they offer fantastic quality&service considering the price.

They are hosted there (note that I use my own external DNS sever also located in Amsterdam)

i admit it was very cheap and obviously was too cheap for the bandwith allowance but no notice on bandwith change might explain my vps been offline at the moment though

As explained we have had a router error at the DC which is being fixed at present and i will look at the bandwidth issue as this is the first time it has been mentioned on here and not via our support system

I am with them for about 4 months on their SG server.

I am very happy so far. The server they offer is much better then what I experienced with some other host who are so much more established.

Response time is usually within 4 hours.

is that shared hosting or vps ? im begining to think there shared servers ok just the problems i had was with there vps nodes at leaseweb
