anyone has experience with Sphera or Ensim? Would they accept applications from small resellers? or they just do business with datacentres or big webhost?
How much would they charge the virtual server packages now? I heard that the price changes quite often.

Dont know about Sphera but Ensim is very expensive. I am not sure if they sell to small resellers or not contact them and ask. In my opinion the cost to get Ensim it would be worthwhile getting CPanel it is much cheaper and easier to use in my opinion.

You will have to contact them directly. The have structured pricing so it will depend on your needs and how many servers you need to license. One nice thing about Ensim is their server exchange software. I think Sphera offers this now also. It allows you to run multiple virtual dedicated servers from one server. You can allocate resource usage for each environment so each virtual server is not sharing resources. This is nice for those that want a dedicated environment but can not afford their own server just yet.
I will say that Ensim needs to work on their upgrades a little. We just upgraded to the latest version of Ensim and things were a little messed up for about 1 -2 days until everything was working properly. Their engineers said they are working on a fix to avoid this problem in the future.

For a knowledgable admin Ensim is really good, but it seems that some of our hosted sites have difficulties using the Site Adminstrator CP . My advice would be to determine where your general customer base is coming from and then make your decision. You could get Ensim and offer it to your more advanced users and get something like Cpanel for your less technically inclined customer. I am not flaming Cpanel nor endorsing Ensim. They both have their pro's and con's because they are targetted for different types of user levels. If you are looking for something you can install on your own server and use for Resellers I would recommend Cpanel by far . But if you want a more advanced environment than look into Ensim. I heard that Smart Hosting Tools CP is good also. I have not had the chance to use it as of yet though.

If you contact sphera, they will refer you to a larger reseller in your area, that will be able to sell to you. Ask for Suzanne, 212-858-7767

I talked to a direct rep of ensim, and I think it was like $25k plus a monthly fee. but maybe i'm thinking of something else, or maybe they have new smaller solutions.

I can pay anything below US$15k for this(initially)
What the most can I get out of this 15k?
Ensim seems not mine. How about Sphera and their pricing structure?
