WHMCS hands down. It's nearly fully customizable, support is always there and there's a good community of people ready to give you hints and tips.

Most people don't like Modernbill V5. And I'm not too sure why DirectAdmin is in there..

I agree, WHMCS is 110% perfect, I love it, it's not massively expensive which is nice :)

Customizing WHMCS is as easy as 1,2,3. Check out our version if you want at http://panel.fanaticalhost.com/ (most pages are users only, but you get the feel). I fully integrated it into our site.

Great features in the admin section and perfect for keeping your accounts (invoices). It also supports PayPal Pro which I am getting sorted out at the mo. :D
