I host several sites off of a Raq4 that sets up a Neomail email system for each user. Several of my clients want to configure Outlook to download their email from the Neomail. How do they do this? I usually just forward it into my normal email account.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Read the manual that came with your RaQ4. What you're asking for is exactly what's described there.

I rent the server, so I have no manual. BUT, I did figure it out. It was way simpler than I thought and works like a charm.
Thanks for your help
I know inside Open Webmail 1.7 there are a menu which can handle pop, you can try this. I hope works!

All you need to do is tell your mail software to use pop address
mail.yourdomain.com
and put your username and password

I tried about 500 things, even mail.domain.com. No dice. What finally worked was simply the server address(ns.myserver.com) and the username and password for the client and BINGO....it worked.
Not sure why, maybe the way the server is configured.
Thanks for everyone's input!

Whatever you have set up in your DNS should work.
Generally, it works like this:
set A records for
domain.com
www.domain.com
mail.domain.com
set high priority MX for mail.domain.com
set mail server alias in the GUI to domain.com, mail.domain.com
and then the user puts mail.domain.com in their mail client
voila', mail!

Most of the RAQ manuals and guides are available in PDF format from the Sun Cobalt site.
