I have a domain registered under domainhost - they are a reseller of TUCOWS or something like that.
I've had this domain for 3 years and it has two nameservers registered - ns1.* and ns2.*.
I forgot now exactly how I registered those nameservers, its been too long, but it was definitely through domainhost.
I just recently changed hosting providers and so I went to domainhost via livechat today to ask how to change the nameserver IPs. I couldn't find a way in the control panel.
I have been fighting with 2 different support people for hours and all I get is:
"I am sorry but we cannot do that. The IPs do not point to our servers. Please ask your hosting provider to make the change"
I keep trying to explain to them that I am the hosting provider (this is a dedicated server) and that they are the only ones who can modify the nameservers.
Please help!
