Which transit networks do you use for this promo?

Do you offer custom setups? would you be able to offer a very low specs server (P3 or Duron) with 256MB ram, a 200GB drive with the same 5000GB traffic? Basically I'm most interested in bandwidth and not CPU/RAM.
