Is this server still available? How much are cpanel VPS licenses? If I want to run this on HyperVM will it still be fully managed?

I'm already an lxadmin partner so have better VPS license pricing. Does this cause any issues problems?

The server is still available. I bought it from WebNX but come to find out, we arent going to need it at this time. So I am going to rent it out.

You will be renting it from my soon-to-open company and you'll have access to our billing/support area..

Server Wizards will still manage the server. However, not each individual VPS. They will manage Each Individual VPS for $20.00 extra per vps.

cPanel is $10.00 per license.
