Revida Support Ltd. is canvassing for potential clients in the coming months for Outsourced Linux/FreeBSD Technical Support operating 24/7/365.

Our clients will receive both a Non Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement for services.
Our emphasis is quality - your clients shouldn't have to reply to a trouble ticket unlike other outsourcing companies/businesses. We also aim to be prompt in our replies with our Engineers maintaining a strong grasp and command of the English Language.

We are financially viable being backed by both individuals and a hosting company, as well as having a resilient business model which is
Currently beta-ing is for 2 Data centres and a hosting Company.

Our target market is dedicated server or virtual hosting hosts. We will offer Ticket based support e.g. Perldesk, and 'Live' Support via ICQ as "Tech @ YourHost". Pricing would be in the region of US$450/month for 24/7 Live ICQ Tech Support for up to 40 Dedicated Servers, or 5 Dedicated Servers running Virtual Servers.

The company itself is located in the United Kingdom and the Ukraine. The financials, billing, and sales are dealt with by the UK office, while the Technical Support is dealt with in the Ukraine office. There is redundancy designed into all aspects of the service from backup ISPs and admin servers in the US, to emergency Engineers available 24/7 should some of the rota-ed engineers fall ill on duty.

All Engineers are either University Graduates or have years of Experience with Linux. All must be highly competent in English and have regular testing in the language and Linux skills.

We aim to be more competant and detailed than Bobcares and more cost-effective than Getsupportnow.

How much for 1 dedicated server full of virtual hosts?

How much for 2? 3? 4? You already did 5. 6? 7?

Perhaps you could publish a payment scale?

Detailed pricing would be more helpful. Also, where about in the UK are you located? Do you allow visits to your UK office?
