hi,
I just wonder if for those who are outside USA, do you have this problem with serverbeach .
sometimes, it's really hard to connect most of my web sites for a very long period of time .
and so are my https `mail server .....
but it seems serverbeach technicians didnt notice this problem ....
I asked several people whoare outside USA and they all have the same problem

WTF? When is the last time you was able to get ahold of a serverbeach tech? If you have in the last week then they are certainlly gonna face a some fun times.

but anyway, when is serverbeach gonna offer hardware upgrade and professional tech support

Every email that is received is captured by our ticketing system. If your message hasn't been responded to, its still in there and will be responded to.
Rest assured that tech support is being worked on - and its going to be awesome.

I have problems with the speed of the support, too :( but from germany there are not really problems with the connection to the servers.
