I just thought I would let people on this board know about a company called datahosts.net. I have not seen much discussion about them here.
I first started using them about 2 years ago and everything was great, quick responses, great uptime, fast sites.
About 6 months ago they began moving all of their servers and in the process my sites experienced a lot of downtime, i lost all of my email settings (and email messages), and now they do not respond to simple support requests.
It has been over a month since I have email a few simple questions and I have not gotten any answers.
They offered refunds but never came through.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they have ignored so many emails, and have been deceitful about refunds and their support service.
