I'm new to using WHM and frankly I find their offical manual not very helpful. For example, in many areas it will state the obvious with no details:

"Configure cPsupport
Overview
This function allows you to control which users are able to install cPsupport."

OK, so I know it installs it but I still don't know what cPsupport is, what it does or if I need it.

So my quesiton is: is there a better manual or tutorial on WHM?

Thanks...

I just did a quick google search and came up with this: http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/

I havn't read it or anything, so i don't know how useful it is/could be.

Hope it helps though.

I should have listed that URL as that is the doc I am complaining about and the example I used came from that document. I know it's better than nothing but I am looking for more detailed info on WHM - so I'm hoping to find a tutorial or training on it.

Ahh. I see.

http://www.qwesz.com/webhost-manager-whm-user-manual/submittingSupportRequest.htm

That one maybe? I don't know. I am just offering findings of mine here.

cPSupport is a deprecated WHM add-on that helped system administrators operate a crude support system. Essentially, customers can log support issues via their cPanel interface and these issues get piped to an email address.

Other than our very low-volume customers, very few people seemed to have used cPSupport.

As for the issue of documentation, we are working on a completely new system for our online documentation, in addition to what has been done in the cPanel interface for version 11.
