I know I will probably get flamed with responses saying that nobody will design a website in exchange for certain things, but I have decided to post anyways.

Im looking for someone that is willing to do a template in exchange for hosting/advertising space and being the head designer of a new company, which in-turn would provide money for that person.

This template will be used for our site only and will not be given out.

I need to find someone that knows how to do rather professional looking designs.

Well im actually looking for something more simple than that.

I want to find a simple yet sleek and professional webdesign. Something like mchost.com has but not a copy of theres. I find theres to be a very professional, sleek, easy to navigate design.
