Ok, got a question here and I need to find the answer with details.

What is the IDEAL base to use for plesk control panel for shared and reseller hosting?

Server Specs:
Quad Xeon 2.4
2gb DDR2 Ram
2x 160gb SATA drives Raid 0
Supermicro Motherboard


The system is built well, and I can install pretty much any OS that you guys suggest, Win2003 Server (which version?? "Web, Enterprise etc..")
Or should I install CentOS or BSD for this server?

I suppose Windows 2003 Web edition would work best, and you'll attract more customers hosting through Windows rather then Linux.

Linux has gotten really mainstream, everyone hosts linux servers. Use Windows 2003 Web Server edition + Plesk.
