I don't work for them, but I am a pleased customer, so I thought I would help out anyone who is looking for a great deal.

Host Hall .com The main site is pretty lame, but they use Cpanel 4.9 which makes up for their site. Great support, faster servers, loads of bw and space for a great price.

600mb space
35gb transfer
Cpanel 4.9
Loads of html, java, and cgi scripts
domain forwarding
subdomains (unlimited)
and all the other good stuff that I don't have time to mention

$4 a month

The webmaster is nice, and quick to respond to even your stupidest questions

P.S. -my site goldfiles.com is going to be up in 1-2 days. I'll tell you how the rest of it turns out.

Um, even if they are using servers that cost $50 per month, with 400 GB bandwidth. They are still loosing money.

Yes there is no way they are making money at that price so there is no way to stay in business long.

$4.00 a month for all that. There is no way they will be surviving at that rate in a little while. That is way overselling.

********.com, aka host hall . com... Wonder why they are blocked.

Also....

You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory, bandwidth, disk space and session time. You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of ******** systems or networks. ******** reserves the right to terminate or limit such activities.

This company is overselling its services, there's no doubt about that.

If one of their representatives could explain HOW they are able to offer such a plan for such a low price, I wouldn't mind taking them into consideration. I've also heard that they are resellers, so who are they reselling for? I'd like to know...

Also, yesterday you said that your site uses an average of 2 GB/month. Most companies oversell because they don't expect their clients to use anything close to what is offered. - I wonder what would happen if you went up to using 34.5 GB?

They would suspend your account, and delete your content just like every other host that offers things like this :D

I could be wrong, but thats just what I have seen in the past.
