Nocster (http://www.nocster.net) has great dedicated deals.

I know very little about the current colocation scene, but here's some dedicated providers:

www.rackshack.net
www.tranxactglobal.com
www.webreseller.net
www.nocster.com

All are unmanaged.

also, does anyone have any good opinions of what is better, Cpanel or Plesk??

thanks

Q1. www.webreseller.net is fantastic, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Q2. I prefer Cpanel, only because I have never used Plesk, though I have heard Plesk is pretty easy to use - from an admin point of view, apparently it's less end user (your clients) friendly than Cpanel is.

I've never been on the adminstering end of CPanel (webmin) so I can't tell you much about it - as a client a few years ago, I would have to say CPanel out does Plesk in quite a few aspects. As a plesk administrator, I'd have to honestly say I don't enjoy it very much, I actually prefer ensim (ahh...don't kill me! :stickout).

Hopefully this confusing post made some sense to you ;).

Ahh...yes...sorry about that, didn't even realize :stickout. Managed makes it all the more worth-wild.
