I'm looking for a monitoring service that offers the following :

When an outage occurs:

- contact hosting company instead of me, either by logging on to my host's website and submitting a ticket or by making a phonecall.

I only found internetseer that offers this.
Are there any other companies that have this feature?

Yes. They can also SMS you. I've had great service from this company. I have a custom setup where they have all our servers under the 1 account. Excellent service offered. :agree:
