Haven't been able to access my sites since Saturday afternoon. Anyone else on Ezzi network down also?

Not down at all. As a matter of fact; we have a server I was doing some things on this morning and then just a little while ago.

What's your URL that you can't reach?

And; have you tried telephone contact?

I have 2 sites on the box.

I've had several people tell me they can't get to either site.

I thought it was a network problem instead of the box being down. I will have to call.

Well, I can't get to either of those as well. So, it is likely a problem with your box. Good luck with the call. I'm sure they'll help you get it straightened out.

Well dunno if it is because it is Sunday, but I call and I get some guy who sounds like he just woke up and transfers me nowhere and I get cutoff. Call back and get the voice menu, get transferred to "The General Mailbox for Tech Support" or whatever. I tried to leave a message, but it says there's no room for my message, the box is FULL!

UNBELIEVABLE!

Is anyone working at Ezzi Tech Support today?
