Greetings,
I have over 14 years experience with large Unix infrastructure. I'm not the guy you'd hire to hit a button on cpanel, but rather, you'll hire me to take your infrastructure to the next level. My strengths are in building very scaleble, easy to manage, highly redundant server farms for small to midsized companies.
I especially enjoy setting up configuration management systems like CFEngine & Puppet, server provisioning systems such as SuSE AutoYast, RedHat Kickstart, RHN Satellite server, and Debian FAI. I also have about 30 detailed Nagios setups under my belt.
I prefer to spec out a project as fixed-bid, but for hourly consulting my rate is $125/hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Michael
