Let me start by saying that I've tried hosting in USA, using CIHost and Valueweb. CIHost had great prices but horrible ToS (IMHO). Valueweb also had great prices, and average service.
After moving to .eu, I needed .eu hosting, so I tried Leaseweb. I've had several dedi servers with them and have been pleased as punch (they were the 2TB monthly xfer for some high transfer projects).
There came a time when I started to grow a client base in the UK and wanted to host there - whether you believe it or not, I have much better SEO for people in UK searching for UK results, when hosting in the UK.. gofigure.
After trying several different budget providers, and getting royally burned by one IKCS.net, I opted to pay a few pounds a month more based on the recommendations I read in these forums, saying A2B2 was a good company.
Boy am I glad I did! I've had a few support queries (not server downtimes, because the uptime has been excellent), but more configuration related. The support response time is faster than with any company I've ever come into contact with, in any industry! The best part - I don't get a bill for 1 hour minimum labour charge when Rus or one of his guys takes a minute to respond to me. Even at 7pm or 8pm.
The reseller plan I've got has plenty of room to grow, the price is competitive - though not the cheapest around. I've stopped shopping for other hosting companies, and continue to add domains for my web design and shopping cart clients onto my reseller plan.
If you are looking for phenomenal service, good prices, servers that aren't oversold (I get plenty of the 100mbit bandwidth), then look no further than A2B2.
And to the doubting thomas's out there - no I'm not getting paid for this review, and I don't work for the company either.
