I had a bad experience with these people a few weeks ago before I setup my own server.

1. Their support is bad, very very bad. Takes them days to answer a question (thats if they bother to reply at all).

2. The domain they registered for us was in their companys name :(

3. Their money back guarantee is false. We asked for money back within the 7 day period because we were unhappy and got no reply. So we phoned them and they said we don't have a valid claim!?!

I would like to know what the hell a money back guarantee is if you cant get your money back!?!

Has anyone else had bad experiences with these people? I was robbed of £20 ($30 approx)!

Well, they were already banned from here (most likely for spamming :rolleyes: ) so that tells you a lot about their reputation.
