Hello ^one^,
Not sure you posted this post in the right forum (its in the domain name tutorials) .. But to answer your question:
It is always a good idea to see what kind of services they deliver for the price asked, i am sure if you look around here, you will hear enough of companies where you do not want to register, and am sure you may find tons where you can register without a problem. The deal about domains is you have to register it somewhere, and if they can offer you all DNS services with it that would certainly be a plus to me.
Very much depending on the TLD you want to register for, it might also be interesting to check the small prints in case you want to move registrar. Did you also read the articles placed in this forum, a lot of valuable information might be found there.
check this faq in the forum you posted in : http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=232391
Kindest regards,

Search around in these forums to see how the support is for a registar... or try emailing them several times yourself.
All other things being equal, support is your number one concern.
