I just opened a reseller account with HostGator, and I'm in the process of migrating my clients over. One of them has an in-house exchange server and has set up 2 mx records (one set at priority 10 and the other at 20) on the existing host server. I want to set them up the same way on the new server before switching the dns. However, when I go to edit the mx record in whm, there is only the default mx record and no way that I can see to add an additional one. Is there a way to add another mx record and change priorities using whm?
Thanks!

On WHM, go to edit DNS, edit the DNS zone of that domain and there you have some fields to add the extra MX records.

That's what I needed. Thanks!

Pretty sure you can do this from the client side in cPanel 11.

You can change an mx record to something else, but I don't think you can add one or change the priority on the client side. At least I didn't see how in cPanel 10. I don't know about cPanel 11.

I just checked.
You can setup priorities in mx records from the client side in cPanel 11. I was thinking I did it client side for hostvelocity.com.

After reading your last post, I went back to check, too. Unfortunately, you can't from cPanel 10. I guess that was one of the improvements in the new version.
Thanks.
