Hiya all im just starting out my own webhostingcompanie and i would like to hire 4 support operators
they must have knowladge in cpanel and whm and overall knowladge of ssh e.t.c
i dont mind paying big bucks so long as i get big people in return
i need people for these ours of the days;
uk time;
9:00am - 5:30pm
5:00pm - 3:00am
2:30am - 9:30am
as i know many of you are in the us so deduct 5hours from uk time to get us time
i would like you to work on the following;

aol instant messager

While I agree that caution is key in this business, this was part of the post quoted by you:

Part of the original request was that a $200 dollar range set-up fee was not desired. I don't think that always indicates a lack of money, perhaps it indicates that a set-up fee (generally not refundable) is not desirable? Yet many responded with high set-up fees. Seems the original post was looking for a good deal on a dedicated server with out a high set-up fee. I am guessing there are several such deals out there. :)
Not looking for an argument. :) Just posting *my* thoughts on the issue.
