I’m looking for web host running off a single server (or bigger) that may want to share resources to add fault tolerance for their customers.

Ideally I would like to exchange space on my server for space on theirs (via resellers’ accounts on each), allow me to redirect when my server or network is down, and for them to redirect to me when they are having problems.

I am using CPanel on my server, so other Cpanel users are preferred, but am happy to discuss with non-Cpanel users.

Also, I am happy to help you to setup a failover system for your customers.

That's quite a neat idea actually, never heard of it being done in this way before.
