Companies won't be able to respond to you, and they shouldn't either (WHT rules).. However you can ask other members for experience with a company that has their servers located in the DC's you require..

You could possibly contact the DC yourself and see if they know of any hosting companies that have servers with them. That should get you off the ground with some names, and then you can go into it further and research those companies.
