Until now Nizam communicated well with his clients.

Unfortunately, I cannot wait 24 hours to get an explanation about his servers so I'm afraid I'll have to look elsewhere if things are not back to normal quickly.

Seems that dreamz servers were with Cogent and probably with FDC that was shutdownby cogent yesterday ....

THIS SEEMS ONE OF THE IPS THAT GOT SHUTDOWN !!!...

I talked yesterday With Mr. Nizam who has been very kind en explained that the network was down, this seems that has nothing to do with dreamz, but is affecting us..

If tis is true I hope Mr Nizam moves the servers to wholesalecolo or the previous provider were we used to be before, so we can continue bussiness as usual..

I hope Mr. nizam give us some insight if this is whats happening ? or if is some other problem (I hope so).

One of our client has linux reseller package with them. Server is down since 21st October and today is what 27th October and the server is down.
I don't know whats wrong but this was reply from Mr. Nizam

"I rebooted the unix server and it still hasnt come back up.
I think this is due to the mrtg script being installed. I asked
the DC Guys to login to the server and remove the mrtg script from
/etc/rc.d/init.d and restart the server.

It should be very soon."

Then Mr Nizam said that there is some problem in root system level. And it will be done by morning.
And the server is still down and even they not even bothered to send even single email to inform the status. Its like hell when it comes to explain to our client. Server is down for more than 6 days.
Can anyone please let me know what wrong with linux server...

unfortunately it seems that we are in a big trouble... :(
As Kran has already stated, our accounts seem to be on servers located at FDCservers.net.
FDCservers IPs have been shutdown by Cogent; since they haven't got any redundancy, all of their servers are unreachable, no matters if Linux or Windows based...

I am receiveing a lot of complaints from my customers too but there is nothing we can do at this moment.

Let's hope it will be solved very soon.

Well I have been dealing with Nizam for a lot of time now, and i feel that we can rely on him. His linux server is down, but i think he would do the needful soon.

have patience is all i can say, cause i have also got an account with him on linux. And i trust him to help his resellers.

Linux is in Dallas DC. Linux will be up today...

WOW! You guys are surprisingly understanding. Personally I am very dissatisfied with the way this situation is being handled. I have a reseller account with them and find this downtime nothing but totally unacceptable. I have received just 1 email since the server went down, that to me is very very poor.

If Nizam is reading this thread do yourself a favour and address this issue and at least take the time to post an update.

Needless to say I have requested my account be cancelled immediately.

I got my Ip´s still waiting for them to resolve.

i got my Ips, resolved, but when I added an account Hosting controller errored. Now I cannot delete the domain name. Now if I look at the properties of the domain name I get:

Error Occured in Accessing the site properties inIIS
If the site has been removed from the OS and it is still being displayed in the HC database you can delete it now !!

Anybody encountered this before?

I got mines too!

Everything works correctly.

My Ip works But my DNS Wont, I´ve changed them on fryday i checkthem and they are allready propagated, but none of my sites work´s.
