In the latest TheWHIR magazine, they do talk a lot about SAAS (software as a service) and says it is the future of web hosting talking about swsoft and microsoft internet service provider program (sorry the name is not exact but I do not remember the full name of the program on the top of my head).

What do you think about SAAS and at what level you think you will implement that in your marketing / sales strategy ?
