quicksols 07-21-2002, 06:03 PM I m not a network tech but what i m wondering is why at some places its too slow and why some places its fast. FDC is cogent and this is cogent so why slow??? On a similar note fmht451 reported 370K from FDC and zdwebhosting reported 1MB ,
Its like at the same time different people getting different speed so i dont know what this meant or what to say any one care to explain. Like as in general factors why it can be

They may have slower lines for incomming and faster gigE lines for outgoing.
