As you have Webmin & Virtualmin in there, I thought it will be appropriate if Usermin (http://www.webmin.com/usermin.html) is also mentioned which is free too.

i didn't see lxadmin www.lxlabs.com

AFAIK Webmin is not a web control panel, Its a server administration and virtualmin, a module for webmin is a website control panel. Atleast Cameron, the developer of webmin thinks so.

Thanks for the heads up on this one :) I've been really wanting to drop cPanel just because of the quality of it all and was planning on writing my own. But, I'm thinking maybe it would just be easier to expand on this one and submit our changes back.

Our big thing would be getting clustering (on at least apache) working. But, with the functions and setup they have, it wouldn't be hard to impliment...
