That's a great deal if you're asking me provided uptime is 99.9-100% and support is available 24/7.

Your prices should reflect the resources that your selling such as file storage amount, amount of bandwidth, number of email accounts, sub-domains, databases etc.

It's a good idea to check out other hosting providers to see what their prices are for comparable plans.

Always disregard the hosting providers that advertise unbelievable amounts of bandwidth and storage. That is nothing more than an advertising gimmick. Should their client ever attempt to use even a fraction of their advertised bandwidth they get shut down for server resource abuse. Even if it were true you wouldn't want to be on the same server sharing resources with clients attempting to use large amounts of CPU, memory and bandwidth.

As redham said you need to reflect your resources but that is not all.

You should also add:
support time (the salary of your employees or yourself depending on who is doing the support)

cost of the billing script

other costs (electricity, computers, office etc)

cost of your cc processor

We sell 1 GB space / 10 GB traffic for 5.99$ and it's going ok BUT you have to find your NICHE and work on it (could be local hosting, could be something else... but this is up to you)
