I have a client in India, who is trying to pay for design service. He gets a message that he need to sign up for an account and finish the extended validation or something like this.

Did anybody had same issue? any work around for it?

i never heard of "Pay International Payment" what is their website?

my bad it was supposed to be Paypal International Payment

when does he/she get this kind of message during payment?

Do you mean expanded use number? they may need to complete this before they can send any payments.

PayPal will debit two small amounts and these are your expanded use numbers they need to find out the two amounts and complete the expanded use option on the paypal account once done they should be able to use that card/bank as a source of funds.

yea to sorta prove that they have access to the statement of the card

normally people that steal credit cards cant check the statements so this protects the owner of the card

that sucks though, I lost a customer because fo that!, any other suggestions instead of paypal?
