I have a reseller account with them and am very satisfied so far. Good quick support and fast servers.

I've not tried the billing software though.

hostnine.com or hostgator.com?

search both and sort it out... there's really no 'easy' answer without researching it yourself.

i can say that i use hostgator shared service for file (mp3s) hosting and have been pleased over the last 6 months. can't comment on their reseller services though.

Their service is very bad.
If you dicade they won't let you go.

They will be foolong around days, and maybe they will continue billing your credit card...

So be carefull with them

It seems you're copying/pasting the same exact thing all over so I'll paste our response here as well

Do you have a ticket number about the issue you had? When it comes to canceling we always ask for verification so we can ensure the identity to prevent someone else from canceling your account.

I currently have one of my accounts with them and they have been fine (several months now). Servers are fast and support has been very good.

According to reviews, HostNine has had positive ones. My personal expereince, though, was support lagging much. In my case it took a couple days at the least for them to respond. In addition, the "24/7 support" was annoying as almost everytime the response from their live tech support was "please send in a ticket." I personally can't recommend them based upon my experience.

As for HostGator.com, I have used them in the past. I really didn't have any problems with them. At the time (couple of years or so ago), my issue was with the version of php they had installed. It was, unfortunately, not compatible with the CMS I was using. It seems, though, that they have upgraded everything since then. At the time I ended up contacting Brent (owner of HG) about my dissatisfaction. He had even offered me 3 months of hosting for free. I will say, HG really does try to keep you and even "repay" you for issues when it causes a lot of trouble. I think that's a huge plus when the owner will step in and try to help you out.
