I've got some questions for support tickets when starting a web hosting business

on average how many support tickets like installing issues, email issues, DNS transfer issues for a month usually?

I need to plan the support aspect of the business thank you

Well it depends on a lot of things like the type of customers you are hosting, if you have issues with the server or downtime, what things you are offering, etc, etc.

You could get from ~1/mth/customer to 30/mth/customer.

how about e-commerce type of customer?
