Hi,

I wonder how long is the infraction for a signature spam ? Obviously, it wasn't our purpose to spam. Sometimes, we just forgot to turn off the signature when replying to some non-technical post.

I had 3 months infraction. Isn't this too long?
I can accept it since i had been under this infraction for over 2 months now. :D

How about list out the offense/repeated offense and their duration of the infraction?

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/helpdesk is probably your best bet. I've never seen the mods discuss infractions publically. Somewhere at WHT there is a link that shows the points (and I think duration) for particular offenses. I'll be darned if I can find it now though.

Like Mike said, the helpdesk is your best bet. For future reference, each time a warning/infraction is issued the system extends the period for the subsequent time. So, if you were warned for spam for one month, on your second warning/infraction it would go to 2 months.
