xwnotes.com is looking for some dedicated people to help out. In return we will provide almost all of our services to you for free. You will also recieve a little bit of pay once we recieve paying clients.

The following are what I am looking for:

Graphic/site Designer(s): Will be required to create logos, various graphics, and layouts for the site and various applications.

PHP/MySQL programmer(s): Must have experience creating php/mysql applications. Some advanced scripting may be required.

Also I am considering a partner to help run the site and come up with ideas.

Too many maybies, Jareb. My advice: offer something in return, even if you never intended to spend a penny on it. You might thus avoid been branded a "free-rider" :D
