You will be able do domains and ssl cert. I have not tried them, but it is Tucows. I think they will be ok for you, but cos its a big site, I think the support will not be that good.

I use eNom myself, and have found their reseller accounts to be awesome. Basically, they give you several ways to offer registration.. manually, RegistryRocket, PDQ, or even their XML-based API. They also have merchant services available if you don't already have cc capability.
