I'm looking to get an 800 number, along with a decent system with ACD queues and such.
So, I came across VirtualPBX (http://www.virtualpbx.com/), and was quite impressed by their feature list. Has anyone heard of them? I'm seriously thinking about going with them for this.

So if you don't mind, what was your experience with them, and why are you moving?

Never had a problem with them and we have used them for over a year.

We used them for over 1 1/2 years with very high call center volume and never had a single issue with their service. They were responsive to customer service questions/inquiries and their features worked as advertised. We switched because our volume reached a point where it was more cost effective to bring it in house.

Thank you for the responses.
I did resend my questions to virtualpbx and they just responded today.
I'm not sure what I'll do yet. I may be able to work out something with my provider actually because apparently they have a voip solution available.
