I have a few ideas for portal sites that I want to do. I do not have money to pay, but I will barter services like colo or hosting and will give a percentage of what the site earns over a period of the first 24 months of operation.

No,

but each site needs its scripts to cater to the style of it. YOu can have the raw script, but you need to know how to program to add features and enhance the product. No cheating.
