I have a server with AYKsolutions that has suddenly slowed to a crawl. There server techs are either unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. So I need a third party to take a look at the problem and fix it. Otherwise I have to roll back to my old server.

Server was running just fine for a month and within the past two days, just fell on it's face. AYKsolutions recommended more memory, so I did that. No changes.

Nothing has changed on my end.

Thanks.

Hiya,

Which OS are the servers running? Are these VPS / Dedicted or Shared/Reseller servers?

What access do you have to console?

This is a dedicated server running CentOS with CPanel. I have root access.

What aspect of your server is running slowly?

What aspect of your server is running slowly?

The most glaring evidence is my vBulletin message board at http://www.CorvetteFlorida.com.

It is so painfully slow that my members are dropping off like flies.

I just can't continue this way for long. If it doesn't get fixed, I have to either move back to my Liquid Web server, or find yet another hosting company.

This server ran pretty solidly for the first month I had it and was down right snappy with performance. Now, it feels like I am talking to a server on dial-up....

I can have a look at the server for you at no charge and we can then decide the best course of action for fixing it. Send an email to sales@firmbit.com

Not sure if this has been resolved yet, but I'm also willing to look into it at no charge as well if you'd like. ( terisko@gmail.com ).
