I have only used CE, and WHMCS myself. WHMCS is a good option :D

you can get a cheap one less than $10 with CE or whmcs.

CE and WHMCS are great, though if you are starting off better to start off
with nothing and lose nothing. I would recommend phphostbot, I used that in the beginning and it's the most simplest ordering system I have ever used. Very easy to setup. Just hit a search in google.
