I bought this software from Avid Interactive a few days ago. The software is superb but it wasnt the one I was looking for, so now I am selling it.

Yes, there is a demo you can download from Avid Interactive. This script can be used to monitor your websites from you website.

I forgot to mention there is also an year worth of ServstraSync which allow you to monitor your websites even when your desktop environment is down.
