Does anyoneknow of a good catchpa script?

Not for email forms but just a plain catchpa :)

Also, a script that detects how many times a person has downloaded a particular file for a number of timeds within a time frame (eg 5 hours) and then sort of prevents them from downloading after eg. 5 times.

I used this one to strip out and make my own. but this is a ready to go captcha scrip

If you use Dreamweaver you might consider PHP Captcha Image extension http://www.tecnorama.org/document.php?id_doc=77 It's easy to use
