hi,
I do not know what 1 license in PShere means. How many domains/subdomains for 1 license?
Does one license could have unlimited domains/subdomains?
thanks

1 license in h-sphere just means one user account. I am under the impression that it is unlimited domain/subdomains. However, I have also heard of a limit of 10.

1 license = certain number of accounts or users; purchased in bulk.
1 account or user can have unlimited domains and subdomains, unless regulated. HSphere itself does not limit the number of domains and subdomains -- the HSphere administrator does.

Put it this way, 1 licence = 1 control panel account.
However, depend on how your host setup this account. This user can host from 1 to unlimited domain/subdomain in his account. He will have to manage everything from one control panel.

LOL, Im getting the feeling nobody is very clear on H-sphere.
Ok say I have 5 servers.
1 master account.
Have 150 customers running 320 domains each of which have their own control panel.
Is that 1 "user license', 5, 150 or 320? ;)

Each of those customers is a user that has his/her own control panel. That's 150 users.
It's one LICENSE with 150 USERS and 320 DOMAINS (which are unlimited as far as HSphere licensing goes).
1 license = certain number of users (with their own control panel) and unlimited domains. HSphere doesn't meter domains, only hosts do. It can be unlimited, or it can be limited, but HSphere licensing doesn't care -- it goes by users (control panel logins).
That's my understanding anyway... :) Maybe Igor can help us out...

When user signs up for a plan - account is screated.
Usually it means one user = one account.
Yet, H-Sphere provides a way for a user to singup for more then one plan. For example user needs unix account, and then desides that he needs windows account as well. In H-Sphere user can use the same username/password, yet he will have 2 accounts, and on login it will look like the screenshot attached.
The number of domains per account or total is not limited in any way
