I am looking for a DC that uses Global Crossing as one of their providers and offers self managed basic servers for around $100 a month. I am looking for one in the US that i can use as an asterisk server. Their network quality is very important. Thanks!

Just to add, im going to be connecting it to a server in Germany that also uses Global Crossing. I figured that was one of the best way to keep the hops to a minimum to help with latency issues.

Just a note, I am only looking for established companies with 24/7 phone and own their own DC or large cage within the DC. Basically the need to have a rep from their company at the DC 24/7. I am not looking for a managed server or anything like that, but i definitely want to always be able to contact someone if there were a network or hardware issue. Someone on call does not count.
