Hi,
I'm a webmaster administering a mailing list using cpanel 10. It has about 150 members.
We recently created this mailing list, and some of the recipients I've surveyed did not receive the first (and so far only) message we sent out on that list. Most did.
From time to time, over the past few years, we've had problems with members not receiving our messages, and I've always figured that was due to particular organization(s) blocking email lists. We've done some user-coaching around spam filters and allow-lists, but that never solved all of our problems.
This time around, it seems like most of the problems occur at business-email addresses, so I'm thinking that some businesses must be blocking email-lists. However, some of the affected people have been able to receive our previous email-list as recently as two weeks ago.
So I'd like to be sure. Is is possible to check a log, which would acknowledge every email sent-to? Is it possible that the email-list software might fail or timeout, and only send to some recipients, and if so, how could I tell?
Our website has been a little wonky this week, and our host had to work on a few problems. Wondering if that might impact our email-list.
