Give them plenty of rest, feed them every 3-4 hours, and make sure you give them a lot of love:

Congratulations on the new arrival. :D My wife and myself have 4 out and 1 about 3/4 done. :) I'm pretty much an expert at the whole process. ;) [the delivery part I mean - what were you thinking?? :D]

Kids will take you to the edge of your patience but they're so worth it. They change your outlook on life in general, I think. All for the better too. :)
