I've question regarding bulk discounts offered by GoDaddy or anyone else.

Suppose if I buy 200 domains x $6.65 x 1 year = $1,330. Do I renew them next year at the same price or at the base price - $8.95?

Thanks

Most registrars will offer you bulk discounts for the renewals. It may or may not be the same price as your original bulk discount. But usually it's the same. Check their bulk renewal pricing before you buy.

Stu2, do you know renewal pricing for GoDaddy? Where/how do I check?

Thanks

Sure. Login, click on a domain, click on renew, and you will find a link to GoDaddy's bulk renewals.

That's what I said. In most cases, most registrars will give you the same bulk discounts for renewals as for new registrations. You just have to be wary of those registrars which might not offer the same pricing for bulk renewals. So check the renewal price before registering so many domains. Which you should do, even for 1 domain. Especially if it was purchased under some kind of promotional pricing.
